Thank you for shopping with Sirenize Aura™. We want you to love your gear, but if something’s off, we’ve got your back.

📦 Returns & Exchanges📦

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Must be returned in original packaging
• Must include proof of purchase (order # or confirmation email)

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on:

• Stickers or digital products
• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Worn or damaged items

💡 Please note: We currently do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, simply return your item and place a new order.💡

💸 Refunds💸

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

🚫 Order Issues?🚫

If your item arrived damaged, incorrect, or didn’t arrive at all, and you added Siren Shield™ shipping protection to your order, please submit a claim here within 7 days of delivery.

• Reason for return

Returns sent without approval or outside the return window may not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item is worn, damaged, or does not meet our return criteria.
